You are covered for 6 months from your service date. Your coverage will automatically renew at each service with Autoplus WA.

FREE JUMP START/TOWING:

A 25km (or $165.00 reimbursement if not able to tow back to us) Metro & Rural free of charge service for Roadside Jumpstart and Breakdown Towing applies, as part of our standard service, with all excess km charged at the recommended industry rates.

We provide one tow per breakdown up to 3 tows a year. Towing does not cover smash towing, this should be done through your insurance.

In a situation where the breakdown occurs on a trip or holiday, we would transport the vehicle to the nearest Service Center. In an after-hours situation, arrangements can be made to store the vehicle at Autoplus WA or a storage facility and transport the vehicle when the repair facility is open. Autoplus WA accepts no liability for any damage to the vehicle wherever it is left. If a second tow is required you are liable for the cost of this, at Autoplus WA’s discretion the second tow may be covered under the Autoplus WA roadside Assistance program.

Autoplus WA tow truck contractors are able to Jump Start you where possible, they are not authorised nor do they have the capacity to change the battery, however. The vehicle would need to be brought to Autoplus WA or a repair centre for a battery change at the owner’s cost.
