Autoplus Assist – Exclusive 24/7 Coverage for Our Customers
Autoplus Assist is our exclusive roadside assistance program, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to customers who have serviced or repaired their vehicle with us in the past six months.
Whether your car won’t start, you’re locked out, or you need a tow, we’re here to help with fast, reliable support—giving you peace of mind on the road.
Important: Autoplus Assist is only available to current Autoplus WA customers.
Your vehicle must have been serviced or repaired with us in the last six months.
Not a customer yet? No problem, you’re still welcome to have your vehicle towed to our workshop using your own roadside provider or ours (standard towing fees apply). If you choose to proceed with repairs through us, we may reimburse up to $175 of your tow cost (subject to approval).

What’s Included
Roadside Towing – Up to 25km
We’ll tow your car to your home or our workshop—free up to 25km. Can’t arrange a tow? Use your own provider and submit a claim for up to $175 reimbursement under our policy.
Emergency Jump Start
Flat battery? We may be able to jump start your vehicle depending on location and vehicle type. Due to modern vehicle technology, jump starts may not always be possible. In these cases, we recommend towing your car to our workshop for a proper inspection.
Jump starts are limited to one per vehicle per year. Battery replacement is not provided roadside.

Trusted Towing Partner – On D Run Towing & Recovery
We work with On D Run Towing & Recovery, a local family-owned company offering 24/7 breakdown recovery and towing services. They’re a key part of our Autoplus Assist program, known for reliable and prompt support across Perth and surrounding areas.
Coverage Period
You’re covered for 6 months from the date of your last service or repair. Coverage automatically renews with every new service. We also offer extended 12-month options—ask our team to learn more.

Autoplus Assist Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Autoplus Assist is only available to Autoplus WA customers.
- Benefits apply only to the specific vehicle that was serviced or repaired. Benefits are non-transferable.
- Coverage is valid for 6 months from the date of service or repair.
- Customers must notify Autoplus WA at the time of the incident to qualify for assistance or reimbursement.
Towing
- One tow per breakdown, up to 3 tows per year.
- Free towing is capped at 25km. You may claim up to $175 reimbursement if you organise your own tow and meet the eligibility conditions.
- Second tows, if needed, are at the customer’s cost unless approved.
- Accident, smash, or collision towing is not included—this must be arranged through your insurance.
- Vehicles over 3.5t gross weight are not covered.
- Autoplus WA and its contractors take all reasonable care when towing your vehicle. However, we are not liable for damage during loading, transport, or unloading unless caused by proven negligence.
Jump Starts
- Jump start assistance is limited to one per vehicle per year.
- Due to the complexity of modern vehicles, a jump start may not be possible or safe. If so, a tow may be recommended.
- Tow truck drivers do not replace batteries on site.
- Jump starts are not provided to non-customers.
Lockout Assistance
- You must contact A1 Locksmiths and pay the full cost directly.
- Submit the paid invoice and your bank details to [email protected] within 30 days of the incident.
- We will reimburse up to $175, subject to eligibility.
- Maximum of 2 lockout reimbursements per vehicle per year.
- If you request your vehicle to be forcibly entered (e.g. keys locked inside), Autoplus WA and its contractors are not liable for any resulting damage.
Reimbursement Process
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
- Claims must include the original paid invoice and bank details.
- Reimbursement will be paid in AUD only and is valid only within Western Australia.
- Autoplus WA reserves the right to decline claims that are incomplete, submitted late, or do not meet the program terms.
Service Limitations
- While every effort will be made to assist promptly, Autoplus WA cannot guarantee service availability at all times.
- Services may be unavailable or delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Contractor capacity
- Remote locations without nearby providers
Privacy and Security
- Customer bank details submitted for reimbursement are used solely for issuing payment.
- We do not store or retain your banking information beyond what is required to process the reimbursement.
General Disclaimer
- Autoplus Assist is not an insurance policy. It is a goodwill program designed to support eligible customers in basic emergency roadside situations.
- Diagnostics, repairs, parts, and labour are not included under this program.
- Services are subject to change. Autoplus WA reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Autoplus Assist program or its terms at any time, with or without notice.
- Autoplus WA is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or personal injury related to third-party contractor services or delayed response.
- All roadside assistance is performed by independent contractors, including A1 Locksmiths and On D Run Towing.
Autoplus WA is not liable for any damage, loss, or misconduct resulting from their services.
