We have an opening for a Service Adviser to join our Autoplus WA Family. First of all you’re not working 5 days a week, you’re doing 4, and that means you don’t need to wait for the queen’s or king’s birthday to get a long weekend, you have one every week. You do your 38 hours a week from 7.30 to 5.30 Tuesday to Friday.
You would get your own desk with two screens and a spot to put pictures of your family or loved ones to remind you of why you do what you do. Come lunchtime there will be no need for you to go to the fridge and heat up the extra dinner you made last night as lunch would have already been prepared for you. You might need a pick me up though and make a coffee from our in-house coffee machine.
After lunch it would be the second toolbox meeting of the day where we would share where we are up to in the shop so we can support each other to get out what needs to be done for the day. On some days we would also share a win we have had in the last week.
You liaise with customers and enjoy the fact you only ever have to offer the customer work that is required and in turn you make your salary every week without relying on a commission based on sales to top your salary up.
You take advantage of the online training we have and even have the opportunity to work with Chris’ own business coaches.
We are not the shop for every customer, and we are ok sharing what we know we are good at and what we are not. Customers choose us for the experience, service and trust we provide that allows them to travel with their family worry-free.
We have dinner every month when we hit our target and quarterly team days when we hit all three months. Of course there is the Christmas party and awards night where you’re welcome if you have one to invite your partner.
You’re great at customer communication, most likely extroverted and draw energy from meeting new people and forming new relationships. You like a fast-paced day where you’re not looking at the clock to see if it’s home time but rather saying wow is that the time already!
You can handle multiple tasks by prioritising anything that comes at you and you like to work with the techs in the shop to get the best result for the customer.
